User consent.

By accessing the website https://fromtoairport.gr/, you agree to its terms and conditions, as well as to its Privacy Policy and the relevant Terms of Service https://fromtoairport.gr/privacy-policy/). You explicitly agree to the processing of your Personal Data and Anonymous Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal information may be processed by us in the country where it was collected, as well as in other countries (including the United States), where the laws on processing personal information may be less strict than your country’s laws.

We collect both personal information and non-identifiable information that you submit voluntarily to us upon your visit to the webpage https://fromtoairport.gr/. We collect information you submit in the process of creating your order. For example, the booking process requires us to give us your name-surname and a valid email address. If you send us an e-mail or fill out the “Contact Us” form via the webpage, we will collect your email address and the full content of your email, including the attachments if necessary, and other information you provide. When you participate in competitions, lotteries or other activities that we make available to you, we will collect the information identified with this activity, which may include your personal information so that we can contact you referring to this activity. If you choose to subscribe in order for you to receive information about products or services that you may be interested in, we will collect your email address and all relevant information.

We may receive information, including Personal Data, for you from other sources with which you are registered, companies with which we have a partnership (“Partners”) or other third parties. We can associate this information with other personal information we have collected for you. Please remember that third-party suppliers of such information are handling it in accordance with their own privacy policies.

If you provide us with feedback, we may use and disclose such comments for any purpose, provided that we do not associate such comments with your personal information. We will collect any information contained in these comments and we will treat the Personal Information to this in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Hellenic Transfers E.E.  platform provides a means for people who are seeking to travel to certain destinations (“riders”) to be accompanied by people who drive to or through these destinations (“Drivers”). For the purposes of this Agreement, these services are collectively defined as “Services”. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions governing your use of and participation in the FromToAirport platform.

This Agreement applies to the use of the FromToAirport Platform or the New User Services and during the dates of publication of any subsequent amendments to this Agreement for all current Users. You may terminate your participation in the Services at any time for any reason upon receipt by us of your written or electronic termination notice. Either we or you, can terminate your participation in the Hellenic Transfers Platform by removing your Information at any time, for any reason or unnecessarily, without explanation, effective when you send a written or email notification. With this termination, we will remove all of your information from our servers, although we may maintain an archived copy of the files we have for you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We retain sole discretion to exclude the use of the Services in the future for any reason or not. Even after the end of your participation in the Hellenic Transfers platform, this agreement will remain in force.

By using the Service, the Driver represents, warrants and agrees that:

  • The driver is at least 20 years of age.
  • This driver has a valid driving license and is authorized to operate a car vehicle and has all the appropriate permits, approvals, and authorization to transfer to third parties in all jurisdictions in which this driver uses the Services.
  • This driver owns or has the legal right to operate the vehicle used by the Driver when accepting the Passengers and this vehicle is in good working condition and meets the safety standards of the industry and all of the applicable legal and government department requirements for a car.
  • This Driver has a valid liability policy (coverage compatible with all applicable legal requirements) for the operation of this driver’s vehicle to cover any foreseeable losses associated with providing drivers to drivers.
  • This Driver will be solely responsible for any liability arising out of or as a result of the operation of the vehicle used by the Driver for the Carriage of Passengers, including, but not limited to, personal injuries, death and material damage.
  • In case of a motor vehicle accident, this Driver will be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable legal or specialized requirements for motor vehicles and for all necessary contacts with the driver’s insurance institution.
  • This driver will only accept passengers using the vehicle mentioned in the agreement.
  • This driver will not discriminate or incite anyone on grounds of race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age or sexual orientation.

Luggage

  • When booking your transfer, you are given the opportunity to declare the exact baggage you will carry with you during your transportation. It is your responsibility to set the correct type of car for your transportation, based on the registered luggage and the number of passengers. Note that among other parameters, the price given and the type of car assigned to your transportation service are subject to marked baggage. If you arrive with more luggage than you have placed in your reservation and do not fit the trunk of the car, our driver will call other our car or charged you for extra luggage. For each extra luggage the price is 5€

  • If you show up with more luggage than you have declared then the driver will contact us before the start of your transfer, explaining the situation. If the additional number/or volume of baggage results in a different carriage price, the company will recalculate the price and inform you accordingly. If you agree to pay the additional charges, the driver will transport your passengers and luggage. Otherwise, the Driver will kindly assist you to pick up another additional vehicle and carry the number of Passengers and baggage declared in the transportation reservation.
  • For transport services, a piece of luggage is a suitcase of a standard size 48cm-32cm-18cm or hand baggage with a combined maximum size of 67cm-45cm-Depth 25cm (Height + Width + Depth). Baggage carrying is also a piece of luggage and must be stated at the time of booking. If your suitcase is oversized, exceeds the above mentioned dimensions, then you must declare 2 pieces of luggage instead. Smaller items fitting to the passenger’s foot, such as a camera case or a small shoulder bag, do not need to be reported. Any other special equipment such as ski or musical instrument with oversized dimensions must be declared as a piece of luggage and indicated in the traveler’s notes (special request) during the booking process.
  • The transfer of your luggage and other items is at your own risk and under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any loss or damage. This risk of loss or damage must be the subject of private insurance that you have undertaken before departure. Your acceptance of this Agreement and its Terms and Conditions is a tacit agreement that you do not, under any circumstances, include in your luggage or transfer items that violate the law of the country in which the transportation will take place (firearms, etc.) nor those that may be harmful to any third party, nor any elements of excessive size, weight, vulnerability or alteration. Unless you are traveling with a dog guide / helper dog, animals are not allowed.

ATTENTION: Travel luggage of any size is prohibited in the car salon.

Transfer ride reservation policy.

  • The confirmation email you receive after the completion of the transfer includes all the information you have stated during the booking. Once the contract becomes legally binding, you will be asked to notify the Customer Service Center of any errors at least 24 hours prior to the corresponding transfer service.
  • WE WILL NOT CONFIRM a reservation that has incomplete information such as e.g. phone and email
  • Prices include tolls, fuel, and all legal taxes.
  • Food, beverages and museum tickets / archaeological sites are not included.
  • E-mail deposit receipt is required.
  • For transfer services, cancellation / change is free of charge if we receive a notice from you at least 6 (six) hours before the actual time of pickup. To cancel or change your transfer, you must contact us by phone +30 6987 888 333 or by email at [email protected]. Changes take effect immediately upon confirmation by a customer support representative. If you do not notify us within the 6-hour period or do not appear at the pick-up location without prior notice, the prepaid amount for carrying out the transfer is deemed to be the amount of the contractual penalty that compensates Hellenic Transfers EE company for the damage caused by the late cancellation.
  • A request by you for changes in receipt, reject, time and baggage allowances may result in additional charges based on the locale of each destination city. The Customer Support Team will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and accept any additional payments that may result from this change. In case of non-response or non-payment, Hellenic Transfers cannot proceed with your transportation and reserves the right to cancel the transfer service.
  • The booking is confirmed by us only if you have received a second confirmation email for your booking from us which will state that we are confirming the booking and will also state the instructions. If you have not received the second confirmation email or message from whatsapp/viber/sms then your reservation is NOT valid.
  • Reservations less than 6 hours before the reservation time are NOT valid. In this case, the compensation does not apply. Unless we have confirmed your booking via a second email or message whatsapp/viber/sms.
  • In case of delayed arrival of plane or ship our driver will be there to pick you up.
  • If the arrival delay of the plane or ship exceeds the daily charge then you will be charged extra based on the applicable nightly rate (10pm-6am).
  • You are not charged extra money in case of a ship or plane delay if the daily charge is not exceeded.
  • The free waiting time depends on the type of arrival:

    Schengen arrivals – 75 minutes free waiting time
    This usually applies to flights arriving from EU/Schengen countries such as Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc.

    Non-Schengen arrivals – 115 minutes free waiting time
    This usually applies to flights arriving from countries where passengers must pass passport control, such as the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Turkey, Israel, UAE, Qatar, Egypt, etc.

    Non-Schengen arrivals may take longer due to passport control and airport procedures, so we include extra free waiting time for these flights.

    After the free waiting time, additional waiting is charged per hour depending on the type of car.

  • In case of change of time or day for transfer bookings, it is free up to 12 hours before the booking time.
  • In case you want to change the time or day of the reservation, please do not cancel the reservation. Just let us know by email ([email protected]) or phone (+306987888333) or message to whatsapp/sms +306987888333.

Trip booking policy.

  • The prices are quoted in Euro (€) and refer to excursions from 1 up to 4 people. Necessary requirement is for the customer to inform the company about the full names of each additional person who will be involved.
  • E-mail deposit receipt is required.
  • Prices include tolls, fuel, and all legal taxes. Food, beverages and museum tickets / archaeological sites are not included.
  • For transfer services, cancellation / change is free if we receive a notice from you at least 1 (one) day before the actual pickup time. To cancel or change your transfer, you must contact us by phone +30 6987 888 333 or by email at [email protected] Changes take effect immediately upon confirmation by a customer support representative. If you do not notify us within the 1-day period or do not appear at the pick-up location without prior notice, the prepaid amount for carrying out the transfer is deemed to be the amount of the contractual penalty that compensates Hellenic Transfers company for the damage caused by the late cancellation.

Free Legs

  • The “Free Legs” service applies to discounted transfer routes that are created due to vehicle repositioning needs. For example, when a customer (Customer 1) books a transfer from point (A) to point (B), a return route (point (B) to point (A) or near point) is automatically generated, as the vehicle must return to its base in Athens. Similarly, in the case of departure transfers (e.g., pickup from a location to point (A), the vehicle may need to travel empty to reach the pickup point; therefore, a discounted route may be offered for that journey as well.

    These routes are made available to other customers (Customer 2) at a discounted rate of up to sixty percent (60%), in order to avoid empty trips and optimize operations.

    Free Legs bookings are offered within a flexible pickup time window (“time slot”), which is calculated based on the duration of the primary booking. For example, if Customer 1 is picked up at 12:00 and arrives at the destination at approximately 15:00, the available pickup window for the return route may be set between 15:30 and 18:30. The vehicle may wait within this time range (up to approximately three (3) hours) for the Free Legs booking.

    By booking a Free Legs transfer, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms:

    1. Dependency on Primary Booking
      Free Legs bookings are directly dependent on another customer’s (Customer 1) reservation. Any cancellation or modification of the primary booking will automatically affect the Free Legs booking.
    2. Cancellation of Primary Booking
      If the primary booking is canceled, the corresponding Free Legs booking will also be canceled automatically. Customer 2 will be notified at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. After notification, Customer 2 may choose to proceed with the transfer at the standard (non-discounted) rate, subject to availability.
    3. Modification of Primary Booking
      If the primary booking is rescheduled, Customer 2 will be informed at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Following communication with the company, the booking may be adjusted, maintained, upgraded to a standard transfer, or canceled, depending on availability and operational feasibility.
    4. Advance Payment
      A deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total fare is required to confirm a Free Legs booking.
    5. Refund Policy
      In the event that a Free Legs booking is canceled due to changes or cancellation of the primary booking, the full deposit will be refunded.
    6. Pricing Policy
      Free Legs services are not completely free of charge. Discounts may reach up to sixty percent (60%), depending on the route and availability.
    7. Customer Notification
      In all cases of cancellation or modification related to Free Legs bookings, Customer 2 will be notified at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service.

    By proceeding with a Free Legs booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.


Transfer & Tour Packages

  • Full payment is required in advance for all package bookings.
  • Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the first scheduled service.
  • In this case, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first service are non-refundable.
  • Once the first service has been completed, the package is considered partially used and no refunds will be issued for any remaining services.
  • Services included in the package (transfers and tours) may be scheduled on different days, upon request and availability.
  • We monitor all incoming flights. In case of delays, pickup times will be adjusted accordingly at no extra charge.
  • Airport pickup includes up to 75 minutes of free waiting time after landing and 30 minutes after ship arriving.
  • Additional waiting time may be charged.
  • Changes to booking details (date, time, pickup location) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • In case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.
  • Passengers must select the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage.
  • The company reserves the right to adjust the vehicle or apply additional charges if needed.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by extremly weather conditions beyond our control.

 

Payment Policy.

  • For transfers and excursions bookings, the total amount of which exceeds € 80 through the internet is required a 10% deposit of the total amount within 24 hours of the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made in the following ways:
  1. A) To the referred company’s bank account.
  2. B) Through online payment of the website.
  3. C) Through the PayPal account of the company ([email protected])

  • In case the customer makes a deposit on the Hellenic Transfers company’s bank account for the prepayment, he / she will have to send the proof of payment to the company’s e-mail address [email protected]

Security.

  •  We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of industry-based security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Although we have taken important steps to protect your Personal Information, no company, including us, can completely eliminate the privacy risks of Personal Information.
