Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Cancellation

  1. For cancellations 24 hours prior to transfer / excursion, the prepayment made by the customer is full refunded.
  2. In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
  3. For booking cancellations of larger groups of more than 15 people, cancellation with a full refund of the deposit is accepted 5 days before the time of booking.
  4. For cancellations of reservations for VIP cars such as BMW, Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, full refunds are made only for cancellations 5 days before the reservation time

Refund

  1. In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
  2. You make the refund to the customer is made in the same way that the customer had paid during the payment. The refund to the customer may take between 3 and 20 business days.
  3. Booking through the internet requires a 10% deposit of the total amount, within 24 hours of the time of booking, in the company’s referred bank account, PayPal, Stripe or Card Payment.
