Cancellation
- For cancellations 24 hours prior to transfer / excursion, the prepayment made by the customer is full refunded.
- In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
- For booking cancellations of larger groups of more than 15 people, cancellation with a full refund of the deposit is accepted 5 days before the time of booking.
- For cancellations of reservations for VIP cars such as BMW, Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, full refunds are made only for cancellations 5 days before the reservation time
Refund
- In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
- You make the refund to the customer is made in the same way that the customer had paid during the payment. The refund to the customer may take between 3 and 20 business days.
- Booking through the internet requires a 10% deposit of the total amount, within 24 hours of the time of booking, in the company’s referred bank account, PayPal, Stripe or Card Payment.
