Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

  1. For cancellations 48 hours prior to transfer / excursion, the prepayment made by the customer is full refunded.
  2. In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
  3. For booking cancellations of larger groups of more than 15 people, cancellation with a full refund of the deposit is accepted 5 days before the time of booking.
  4. For cancellations of reservations for VIP cars such as BMW, Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, full refunds are made only for cancellations 5 days before the reservation time.
