Refund Policy

For cancellations 3 days prior to transfer / excursion, the prepayment made by the customer is refunded. In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.

Cancellation can take place 6 (six) hours prior to transfers and 1 (one) day prior to excursions. Prior to transfer or excursion, the deposit made by the customer is refunded.

In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.

You make the refund to the customer is made in the same way that the customer had paid during the payment. The refund to the customer may take between 3 and 20 business days.

Booking through the internet requires a 20% deposit of the total amount, within 24 hours of the time of booking, in the company’s referred bank account or PayPal.

E-mail deposit receipt is required.
